I need to do blendshapes/shapekeys for lip syncing as well as the ones for blinking. I still have a good bit left to do though. png files, down scaled the textures for her arms/face/shirt which were 2048x2048 (being a little to high for VR Chat like you to have, atlased the textures by hand in GIMP down to 4 primary texture atlases (with a matching atlas for the normal maps and alpha channel maps), merged all the individual meshes, decimated the model down from ~104k tris to under 32k which VR Chat requires for an 'Excellent rating' on their player models, and finished adjusting the UV maps to fit the newly atlased textures! ![]() Nothing else really to mention, just thought some people might find this cool!
